We’re looking for a part-time native German content creator/translator
Are you a native speaking German and a word artist? Really into languages? Do you like to puzzle with words and sentences in German? And did you just answer ‘yes’ to all of our questions? We’re looking for you!
You, as our German content creator, will be responsible for all our German content. You’ll take care of the website texts, blogs and think about social media posts for Facebook. But if you’re not really a hero(ine) in making up texts, we can do that for you! You just need to translate it into perfectly written German.
You’ll have a lot of contact and work closely together with our German colleagues Alexis and Beni. They work at our German location in Calw. We’re looking for a young and creative German speaking content creator/translator, who will strengthen our marketing department in Nijkerk. Together with your Dutch and German colleagues you’ll ensure that Germany knows who Welvaere is.
Who are we?
Welvaere is a fast-growing wellness company established in the Netherlands. Our headquarter is located in Nijkerk, the Netherlands. Since the beginning of 2020 we also have a location in Calw, Germany. We’re making our own woodfired hot tubs and saunas at Welvaere. We have a workshop in Nijkerk where we build all of our hot tubs, handmade. Because we are growing really fast we’re looking for a German content creator/ translator.
A day at Welvaere
Your day starts at 07:45 at our office in Nijkerk. You start the day with your colleagues, a nice cup of coffee or tea and discuss the latest topics or news. At 08.00 your workday starts at the marketing department.
With the whole marketing team we start the day with a daily standup at 08.30. Everyone tells what he or she is going to do and together we are looking at some important data. After this stand up we all start working.
You’ll check how many likes the blog has that you wrote and posted last week and then you get started with a new landing page for the website. You’ll write this yourself or your Dutch colleagues already did that and you’ll translate it. You’ll put the landing page on the German website and determine which keywords are most important for SEO.
You will have a call with your German colleagues to discuss some nice ideas and improvements. At 5pm you notice that your workday is already over and you can go home.
Do you prefer to work from home? No problem! You can talk to your colleagues online and get started from your cosy home office!
In order to keep the work fun and exciting for everyone we all go on a nice holiday when we reach our annual goals. For example, we’ve already been to Estonia and Lithuania.
What we offer you:
- You will receive a nice salary
- You get responsibility, freedom, conviviality and challenge
- Unlimited use of our hot tubs & saunas
- Arranged lunch, travel allowance & pension scheme
- Ability to work from home
What we expect from you:
- German is your native language. You can speak and write fluently German.
- You can speak English or Dutch, so you can communicate with your Dutch colleagues.
- You are available 24 – 32 hours a week.
- It would be nice if you have knowledge about WordPress, Photoshop and InDesign. You don’t have this? No problem, we are happy to teach you!
